- Express Postage: Flat $15 per order
International Shipping (Everywhere Else): Flat $20 per order (express shipping not available)

Email us at hello@unearthher.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the faulty or damaged item.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.
If a return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds or replacements are issued only for faulty or damaged items.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item back (if required).
